Projects, captures, videos and guides

A project groups related work and controls who can access it. A capture is a recording collected by the extension. A video is source media available for processing. A guide is the editable documentation produced from a source.

A guide version is a saved version of the documentation. A share link gives recipients access under the project's sharing rules. An exported PDF or DOCX is a separate downloaded file.

Use Projects to work on a particular process or collection of guides. Use Captures for extension recordings, Videos for source videos and processing status, and Search to find work you can access.

Project access manages collaboration. The account menu contains your settings and Help Centre. Available actions depend on your role and the project's settings.
