Before you start

  • Have an IPPO account and a project where you can add content.
  • Prepare a short, safe sample task or a supported video file.

Sign in to IPPO. Choose a short task you know well and use sample data where possible. If you will record in Chrome, install and connect the IPPO extension first. You can also start with an existing video.

Open the downloaded document or test the recipient link. Confirm the title, steps, images, language and access restrictions. Your project now contains a reviewed guide; keep it organised so the team can find and maintain it later.
