Plain-language summary: use IPPO only for work you are authorized to capture, keep your account secure, review AI-generated material, and follow the Acceptable Use Policy. Your order form or workspace agreement takes priority if it says something different.
1. Agreement
These Terms form an agreement between you and the operator of the IPPO Service identified in your subscription record, order form, or other written service agreement. By creating an account, accepting an invitation, purchasing a plan, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
If you use IPPO for an employer or another organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization. “Customer” means that organization; “you” includes both the Customer and each authorized user. You must be at least 18 years old or otherwise legally able to enter this agreement.
An order form, enterprise agreement, data-processing agreement, or other signed contract controls over these online Terms where they conflict.
2. Accounts and workspaces
Provide accurate account and billing information and keep it current.
Protect authentication credentials, extension tokens, devices, and active sessions. Do not share individual accounts.
Notify [email protected] promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Workspace administrators control membership, roles, projects, policies, billing, and access to Customer Content. You are responsible for administrators you appoint.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by IPPO’s breach of these Terms.
3. The Service
IPPO helps authorized users capture workflows, process recordings and uploads, create and edit guides, retain versions and activity records, export documents, and share approved guidance subject to access controls.
Features can vary by plan, configuration, browser capabilities, deployment, and third-party availability. We may improve, replace, or discontinue features. For a material reduction to a paid core feature, we will provide notice where reasonably practicable and any remedy required by the applicable order form or law.
You may use the Service only for your internal business purposes and authorized external sharing. These Terms do not transfer ownership of IPPO software, models, designs, trademarks, or documentation.
4. Customer content and recording responsibilities
As between Customer and IPPO, Customer retains its rights in recordings, uploads, screenshots, guides, annotations, brand assets, and other material submitted to or created for its workspace (“Customer Content”).
Customer grants IPPO and its processors a limited, non-exclusive right to host, copy, transform, transmit, and otherwise process Customer Content only to provide, secure, support, and improve the Service as described in the Privacy Policy and applicable agreement.
Customer is responsible for ensuring that it has all permissions, notices, and lawful bases needed to record screens, capture websites and applications, upload material, invite collaborators, and share guides. Do not capture credentials or highly sensitive information when it is not necessary. Review and redact screenshots before publishing.
You may export Customer Content using available features. Exported files and downloaded material are then under Customer’s control.
5. AI-assisted features
IPPO uses third-party AI services to analyze authorized inputs and generate or improve guide content. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or similar to output generated for others. Customer must review output before relying on, approving, publishing, or sharing it.
Do not use AI output as the sole basis for legal, medical, financial, employment, safety-critical, or other high-impact decisions. You are responsible for determining whether generated material is suitable for your use and whether additional review, testing, or attribution is required.
IPPO does not claim ownership of Customer’s generated guide content. Rights in AI output can depend on applicable law and provider terms, and exclusivity is not guaranteed.
6. Plans, credits, trials, and billing
Paid self-service plans are billed through Stripe at the price and cadence shown before checkout. Taxes may be added where required. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled unless the checkout or order form states otherwise.
Plan allowances can include creators, storage, active guides, and AI credits. AI credits measure processing workload and are not currency, transferable property, or refundable cash value. Included credits renew according to the plan; separately purchased top-ups are applied according to the billing terms shown at purchase.
Trials, promotions, and credits can have eligibility or expiry rules. Canceling stops future renewal but does not normally refund a current period unless required by law or stated in writing. Failed or overdue payment can limit paid features while preserving access required by law or the applicable agreement.
Enterprise pricing, capacity, support, security terms, and service commitments are governed by the signed order form.
7. Acceptable use
You must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy. Among other things, you may not use IPPO to violate law, infringe rights, capture material without authorization, distribute malware, defeat security controls, harass people, or interfere with the Service.
You may not reverse engineer the Service except where law expressly permits it, resell access without written permission, use automated means to overload or scrape the Service, or use IPPO or its outputs to develop a competing model or service in violation of applicable provider terms.
8. Confidentiality and security
Each party may receive non-public information that a reasonable person would understand to be confidential. The receiving party will use it only for the agreement, protect it with reasonable care, and disclose it only to people who need it and are bound by confidentiality obligations. These duties do not cover information that was already known without restriction, becomes public without breach, is independently developed, or is lawfully received from another source.
If law requires disclosure, the receiving party may disclose the required information and, where legally permitted, will provide reasonable notice. Security information is available on the Security page.
9. Third-party services
The Service integrates with providers such as Clerk, Stripe, Google Gemini, and Microsoft 365. Those providers operate under their own terms and privacy commitments. IPPO is not responsible for a third-party service outside the scope of IPPO’s contract with that provider.
Links to external sites do not imply endorsement. Customer is responsible for third-party applications, content, accounts, and permissions it chooses to use with IPPO.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using IPPO at any time and may cancel a subscription through available billing controls. IPPO may suspend access when reasonably necessary to prevent harm, respond to a security issue, comply with law, address non-payment, or investigate a material breach. Where practicable, we will limit the suspension and provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.
We may terminate for an uncured material breach, unlawful use, repeated abuse, or as permitted by an order form. After termination, access ends and Customer Content is handled under the retention and deletion terms. Provisions that logically continue—such as payment obligations, ownership, confidentiality, disclaimers, and liability terms—survive.
11. Disclaimers and liability
Except for commitments in a signed agreement and to the extent allowed by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” IPPO does not promise uninterrupted operation, that every capture will be complete, or that AI output will be accurate or suitable for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data, arising from these Terms. Any aggregate liability cap in an order form controls; if none is stated, each party’s aggregate liability is limited to fees paid or payable for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including fraud or willful misconduct. Customer will be responsible for third-party claims caused by its unlawful Customer Content, unauthorized recording, or material breach of the Acceptable Use Policy.
12. General terms
The governing law, courts, and dispute process stated in an order form or signed agreement apply. If no written agreement identifies them, the laws and courts of IPPO’s principal place of business apply, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
You may not assign these Terms without IPPO’s consent except in connection with a merger, reorganization, or sale of substantially all relevant assets. IPPO may assign them as part of a corporate transaction. Neither party is liable for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, except payment obligations.
If one term is unenforceable, the remainder continues. Failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. These Terms, the policies they incorporate, and any applicable written agreement form the complete agreement for the Service.
We may update these Terms for legal, security, or product reasons. Material changes will receive reasonable notice where required. Contact [email protected] with legal questions.
