Acceptable Use Policy
Rules that protect the people, systems, and information involved in an IPPO workflow.
This Policy forms part of the Terms of Service and applies to every account, workspace, recording, upload, guide, export, and share link.
1. Purpose
IPPO is designed for authorized business workflow documentation. Use it lawfully, responsibly, and in a way that respects privacy, security, intellectual property, and the operation of the Service.
2. Record only authorized workflows
- Record or upload a workflow only when you have authority to access the system and capture the material shown.
- Provide notices and obtain consent from people whose communications, voices, images, or personal data may be captured when law or policy requires it.
- Respect website, application, employer, and customer rules that apply to recording, automation, export, and disclosure.
- Do not use IPPO to monitor a person covertly or to collect information for an unrelated purpose.
3. Illegal, deceptive, or harmful use
You may not use IPPO to create, store, or distribute material that:
- violates law, a court order, or another person’s rights;
- facilitates fraud, impersonation, phishing, harassment, stalking, exploitation, or credible threats;
- promotes violent wrongdoing, child sexual abuse or exploitation, human trafficking, or non-consensual intimate content;
- deceives recipients about the source, approval, accuracy, or status of a guide in a way likely to cause harm; or
- contains malware, destructive code, or instructions intended primarily to compromise systems.
4. Security abuse
You may not probe, scan, exploit, bypass, or interfere with IPPO or another system without written authorization. This includes attempting to defeat authentication, tenant boundaries, project permissions, share-link controls, rate limits, billing controls, AI safety controls, or extension safeguards.
Do not access another account or workspace, intercept traffic, introduce malicious code, test stolen credentials, or publish vulnerability details before a reasonable remediation period. Good-faith reports should be sent to [email protected].
5. Privacy and sensitive data
- Minimize personal data in recordings and redact information that recipients do not need.
- Do not capture passwords, authentication codes, private keys, API secrets, or full payment-card details.
- Do not upload health, biometric, government-identifier, criminal-history, precise-location, or similarly sensitive data unless your organization has approved the use and established a lawful basis and safeguards.
- Do not use public share links for confidential material unless the access settings and recipient controls are appropriate.
- Honor deletion, access, and correction obligations that apply to Customer Content.
6. Intellectual property and confidential information
Do not upload, copy, or distribute material that infringes copyright, trademark, trade-secret, database, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights. Do not use IPPO to extract or disclose another organization’s confidential information without authorization.
7. AI and high-impact use
- Review AI-generated content before approval, publication, or operational use.
- Do not present generated text as verified evidence when it has not been checked against the source.
- Do not use IPPO output as the sole basis for legal, medical, financial, employment, insurance, credit, law-enforcement, or safety-critical decisions about a person.
- Do not attempt to extract model weights, system prompts, credentials, or protected provider information, or use the Service in violation of applicable AI-provider terms.
8. Service integrity
Do not overload, scrape, benchmark for publication without permission, resell, sublicense, frame, mirror, or automate access to IPPO except through supported interfaces and within documented limits. Do not create accounts or transactions to evade plan, trial, access, or usage limits.
9. Enforcement
IPPO may investigate suspected violations and preserve relevant records. Depending on risk and severity, we may remove or restrict content, disable a share link or token, limit a feature, suspend an account or workspace, or terminate access. Where practicable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.
We may report unlawful activity or respond to valid legal process. Enforcement decisions can consider intent, harm, repetition, cooperation, and whether a safer correction is available.
10. Reporting concerns
Report suspected misuse, exposed credentials, unauthorized recordings, or security concerns to [email protected]. Include enough information to investigate, but do not email passwords, private keys, or unnecessary personal data.
