Check usage, plans and billing

Open Usage & limits to check credits, storage and the usage information shown for your account. Review the unit and period displayed beside each value; storage usage and processing credits measure different things.

Before starting a large upload or generation job, check the relevant remaining allowance. If a limit prevents an action, read the message and either free appropriate content, wait for an applicable reset, or review the available plan options.

1. Open Plans & billing and review the current plan, renewal and available actions.
2. Compare the current plan options in the interface. Check the price, billing interval, allowance and effective change before proceeding.
3. Follow the checkout or billing-management flow offered to your account. Review the final payment details before confirming.
4. Return to IPPO and check the resulting subscription status. Use the available billing or invoice controls for receipts and payment history.

If a payment appears successful but the account has not updated, keep the payment reference and contact support. Do not submit another payment simply because a page has not refreshed. Never include full card details in a support request.
