Example with sample data: Appearance offers Follow device, Use Light and Use Dark. Other settings shown depend on your account access.
Open the account menu and choose Settings. Open Account to review the profile and session controls available to you.
Update the supported profile fields and wait for confirmation that they have saved.
Open Appearance and choose Light, Dark or System. System follows your device preference.
Review notifications
Open Notifications to review activity relevant to your account. Follow an item's link to see its current state in the application. An older notification may point to content that has since changed or is no longer available to you.
Choose Mark all matching as read to mark the notifications matching your current filters as read. Check the filters first. For account access problems, use Support rather than relying on an activity notification.

Find work and navigate efficiently
Use dashboard search, project filters and the controls visible in your workspace.
Enter a recognisable project, guide or source name and review the result type before opening it.
Use the available filters and result views to narrow the search. If an item is missing, check spelling, project membership and whether it has been archived or deleted.
Keyboard and navigation tips
Use Tab and Shift+Tab to move between controls, and Enter to activate a focused link or button. Use the keyboard hints displayed next to a command for application-specific shortcuts.
In this Help Centre, article headings have links you can copy, and On this page takes you to a section. Help search looks through both article titles and instructions; dashboard search finds your accessible work.
Account, Settings & Billing
Check usage, plans and billing
Use your account's current usage and billing screens to make informed subscription decisions.
Open Usage & limits to check credits, storage and the usage information shown for your account. Review the unit and period displayed beside each value; storage usage and processing credits measure different things.
Before starting a large upload or generation job, check the relevant remaining allowance. If a limit prevents an action, read the message and either free appropriate content, wait for an applicable reset, or review the available plan options.
Manage a plan or payment
Open Plans & billing and review the current plan, renewal and available actions.
Compare the current plan options in the interface. Check the price, billing interval, allowance and effective change before proceeding.
Follow the checkout or billing-management flow offered to your account. Review the final payment details before confirming.
Return to IPPO and check the resulting subscription status. Use the available billing or invoice controls for receipts and payment history.
Billing questions
If a payment appears successful but the account has not updated, keep the payment reference and contact support. Do not submit another payment simply because a page has not refreshed. Never include full card details in a support request.
Important
Keep the payment reference and contact Support if payment and subscription status disagree. Do not submit another payment merely because the page has not refreshed.

Find your organisation’s Enterprise settings
Understand where organisation settings live and when to ask an administrator.
Sign in with the account your organisation uses for IPPO.
Open Settings, then Enterprise.
Check the organisation and membership information shown. If the module is disabled or you are not joined to the expected organisation, contact your organisation administrator or IPPO Support.
Know who manages organisation settings
Enterprise administrators manage the organisation controls made available to their role, including membership, verified domains and policy. A project Editor or Viewer role does not itself grant organisation administration.
Ask your administrator about joining the organisation and its content-access policy. Use Project access for collaboration on an individual project.
Permission
Enterprise settings remain protected by sign-in, organisation membership and administrator permissions. A Help Centre link grants no additional access.
Prepare an access question
Include the organisation name, the signed-in account email, the page and the exact message when requesting help. Keep credentials and verification secrets out of the support request.
