Find and maintain projects
Projects at a glanceExample with sample data
Example with sample data: use project tabs, search and sorting to find work, or choose New project to create a project.
Use the Projects tabs to find all projects, favourites, projects you created, shared projects and archived projects. Favourite frequently used work for easier access.
Open the project’s quick actions and choose Edit project to update its details. Choose Archive, then confirm Archive project to hide it from active views while preserving its guides. Open Archived and choose Restore when you need it again.
Before deleting a project
Export the content you still need and review the project's members, sources and share links. Read all deletion warnings and complete any required verification. Deleting a project is not a substitute for archiving work you may need again.
Projects & Collaboration
Invite people and accept invitations
Give collaborators access to the right project using the email address they use for IPPO.
Open Project access and select the intended project. Choose Invite member.
Enter the collaborator’s email and choose Editor or Viewer in Project role. Only the project administrator can send invitations.
Choose Send invite and check the invitation status. Confirm the address with the recipient if the invitation is not received.
Accept an invitation
Open the invitation link and follow the acceptance flow. Sign in with the invited account and review the project details before accepting. If the link is invalid or expired, ask the project owner for a current invitation.
Check spam folders if an expected email is missing. Avoid repeatedly sending invitations until you have confirmed the address and the current invitation status.
Projects & Collaboration
Understand project roles and access
Distinguish project membership, editing permission and access through a shared link.
The project administrator or owner manages the project's access. Collaborators can be invited as Editor or Viewer. Editors work on content where the project allows it; viewers have read access to the content made available to them.
Do not assume that an editor can manage billing, organisation settings or every sharing action. The controls available to your account reflect the applicable project and workspace permissions.
Change or remove access
Open Project access and select the project.
Locate the member and choose Editor or Viewer in their Role control. Read Change member role, then choose Change role to confirm.
To remove membership, choose Remove member from the member’s actions and confirm Remove member after checking the person and project.
Review share links separately. Removing project membership does not by itself recall an independently distributed link or downloaded document.
