Choose the language spoken or shown in the source.
Select the output versions you need.
Review any overwrite warning before confirming once.
Open Projects and the project containing the source video.
Choose Generate on the source row. In the dialog, set Source language and choose the output language versions you need. The source version remains selected.
If an existing guide warning appears, review the overwrite warning. Choose Duplicate first if you need to retain a separate copy before running again.
Confirm Generate or Run AI, matching the button shown. Submit once and watch the source’s progress.
When the generated guide is ready, choose Open editor and review its instructions and screenshots.
Important
Generating again can replace the guide content. Review the warning and preserve any copy you need before confirming.
While you wait
Processing time depends on the recording and current workload. A waiting or processing state is not a completed guide. Avoid submitting duplicate jobs; check the existing item's status and any error message first.

Review an AI-generated guide
Check accuracy, completeness and privacy before relying on the generated instructions.
Read the guide title and summary. Confirm that they describe the actual task.
Compare the steps with the source recording or document. Add missing actions and remove duplicates or unrelated content.
Check screenshot timing, highlights and text. Correct images that show the wrong state.
Review personal information, credentials and confidential data. Redact or replace affected screenshots.
Follow the finished instructions once, then wait for saving to complete before publishing.
Expected result
A reviewed guide lets the intended reader complete the task without guessing missing actions or exposing private information.
Generation and usage
Check Usage & limits for current credits, storage and allowances. Review any cost or quota message shown before starting another generation action. A pricing page alone does not describe the remaining allowance on your account.
Generate a Guide
When processing fails or appears stuck
Use the recorded status and error details to decide whether to retry or contact support.
Open Videos and locate the affected source. Note its name, project, status and visible error.
Check your network connection and whether the page can retrieve current status. Reopen the item to check its latest state.
If the job has failed and IPPO offers Retry, read the action before using it. A retry may start processing again; it should not be assumed to continue from a saved stage.
If the same error returns or a job remains unchanged, contact support with the item details and approximate start time.
Keep a useful report
Include the exact error text and the source format. Do not send passwords, tokens or sensitive recordings in a general support message. Avoid repeatedly creating new jobs for the same source while an earlier job is still active.
